Khao soi (Khôw Soy)

Khao soi (Khôw Soy) gourmet style

Street food franchise style. You choose whatever meat chicken mainly but you can get pork or beef or vegetarian, you pick the spice level,( I chose medium luckily enough as it packed quite a punch) and the kind of noodle and whether or not you want coconut milk. I tried Linna style without

it's served on an artists' palette with the various condiments, sugar, pickled cabbage, shallots, dried chillies, banana, coconut milk and lime.
